Description
In this activity, students will develop the skills to ask questions before, during and after reading in order to remain active while reading and better understand the text. To put this reading strategy into practice, the student will read an informative text about whales in Canada while using the SVA technique (what I know, what I want to learn, what I have learned). Finally, a short research task will enable students to answer a question based on the text and share this information with their classmates.
